I loved this game.. from start to finish.. my only wish is that it comes to the virtual console ASAP! for the time, the graphics were great! infact i prefered this game over mario 64, the cheesy song lists were well structured and always managed to lift my mood with every key change, i cannot really fault this game, though it was easy i really didn't care, it was lengthy and i have come back to it time and time again.. gamespot really underated this title, im guessing the fat italian plumber must have given them a slightly bias opinion. just hope to see it on wii, and who knows, with the release of "legend of the mystical ninja" maybe it will! Ah i forgot to mention.. Impact! for those who were expecting more of the same in terms of 3D adventure games, y'know hit the boss 3-5 times and he'll fall over, much like mario 64.. once you reach a major boss Goemon, our blue spikey haired friend whips out his trusty shell and gives it a harsh blow, calling his old friend "impact" a giant weedy looking *** robot, sporting a large pipe to smite his enemies with. and from here you can shoot your money at the other enemy robots, use C button combinations to unleash devestating attack combos as well as his most powerful attack, the "laser mouth" something that i never tire of.
All in all, a pure classic! just wish i still had a working n64...
