I will say at first, being loyal to the All Star Baseball franchise, MVP definitely gives it a run for the money. Deep franchise modes, good graphics, amd smooth gameplay make it a very fun game. But EA - if you're listening...these are two MAJOR flubs that just seem so EASY-I can't understand why they didn't get in the game: 1) Hello??? A-Rod to the Yankees???? He's still on the Rangers, and now in your Dynasty mode you can't push through the trade...so you're stuck without the official lineup. 2) Being a Mets fan, I can only comment on some of the glaring issues with the Mets roster. But undoubtedly there are similar issues with other teams. a) No Kaz Matsui on the Mets. That deal was done in November...why didn't it get in the game? Also, Mike Piazza doesn't line up at first, and Reyes is only listed as a short stop (not 2B). Picky, Picky, Picky I know. It's one hell of a game and worth every penny. But it's just hard to understand, as there is SO MUCH DEPTH to the game, I really can't understand how EA could've missed such basic stuff. Maybe next year.
