A fun hack and slasher from SQUARE-ENIX that will leave an after taste for all of those final fantasy fans and rpg fans.
Well lets start by saying that this game has one of the best opening trailers ever. i need to point this out to the people who dont like watching the opening trailers from other games. well anways wen u first turn on the game u can choose to watch it and its really fast paste and kindda hard for some people to keep up with it. so dont blink lol jk but yea its really cool take my advise and see it becuse some people choose not to watch it. and it also gives u a hint of wat the game is about and all so take a look at it u might like wat u see.
Story
Well it all starts out like this.there a princess who summons this worrior (musashi) becuse she needs his help and the kid is form another dimension so as she opens the portal she also getting chased and so wen he arrives he dosent see her but yea hes on this some wat floting city but im not gonna say wat becuse it would spoile it for becuse ur gonna be in this city for pertty mutch through out the entire game but dont worry u wont get bored of ull have plenty to do but anways wen he reaches the floting city he meets some poeple that live there so those people wat they do is they fill him in. so they tell him why hes here and how he got here witch would be to recover some lost people and recover the five legendery swords Fire,Water,Earth,Divine and so he sets out on a quest to do so wanna know more well im not here to tell the game cloud do that for you if u wanna get it.
Battle system
Well im pertty sure you already guessed how it is but il tell u anways the batte system is a hack and slasher (really fun) u have free rome of going anywere during battle and u got abilities u can use during the fight and as u progress u learn more and more some are hidden so becare you might only get one chance to get em so anways u also get the power of the special swords like fire sword it shoots fire out but anways they all got there special abilities and i thought they were really good they also look very good wen u use em and well they all do but u can also freez the game and heal urself during batlle (i liked that alot) and wat else is there o yea now i remeber sometimes during the game u have to carry hostages and i also sometimes u have to fight with em in hand or u can choose to put em down and fight with ur sword well i found fighting with hostage in hand was mutch easyer.
Sounds
Man i gotta say this game had some of the coolest music ever i loved the music in this game it was some wat diffrent frome many other games out there i also founded interesting but yea im pertty sure that final fantasy fan will like it. well this all brings it down to the voiceovers of the game witch really suck badley becuse wen the characters talk there mouths dont move i mean they just dont move u can hear em talkin but no mouth movment but anyways the main character sounds really bad he dosent sound like he should but i found all the other characters voices to be pertty good beside the mouth problem but the mouth thing didnt bother me one bit.
Graphics
I just have to point this out the graphics are some of the coolest graphics you will ever see there all sheth shaded witch i found to be very cool and all but in this game the graphics will be comfortable through out the entire game in some part of the game there will be some really cool cut-scenes and the graphics will look very very good i enjoyed the cut scenes in this game alot witch also was one of my faveorite things about this game im pertty sure everyone will like the graphics in this one.
Save points
Well the only reason why i point this out its becuse that in this game i hated the save points becuse u cant save during missions u can only choose to save in ur room (witch is in the floting city) but u get check points through out the game but theres only one through out each mission witch i will talk about in this next section
Missions and Rpg Elements
Well in this game u get mission wen u do the mission u get to go in diffrent places like forest and lava places and many others and as u progress through the game you will level up and choose witch to power up like magic and hp (live points) or strength and magic. well this bring it to the wrap up. this game is not very long i got about 20 to 22 hours but i still likes this game alot SQUARE-ENIX FANS wont go wrong buying this game nor will roll playing gamers well thats it for my review hope u enjoyed it.
