Motorstorm: Arctic Edge is the third installment of the Motorstorm series. Its also the first not to be available on PS3. It plays similar to its pedecessors. There are two modes: Festival and Wreckreation. The Festival Mode is the main mode. There are 109 races, 3 racing types (in Festival mode) and 8 ranks. Race While the game starts off easy it quickly becomes more difficult (Rank 5 is rather difficult). This game also features a total of 24 vehicles, divided into 8 classes: Bike, ATV, Snow Machine, Buggy, Rally Car, Snowplugger, Snowcat and Big Rig. Unlike in the previous Motorstorms every vehicle of every class has diffrent speed, accelleration, toughness,... There are 12 tracks wich you can drive forwards and backwards. Another cool thing about this game is that there are Badges, wich are like trophies (Some of them are even the same than in Motorstorm: Pacific Rift).

All in all Motorstorm: Arctic Edge looks, feels and handles like a PS3 Motorstorm. Fans of the series wont be dissapointed, but also newcomers will find a great portable racing experience in this game.
