Underated and abused.

I made a mistake in my first review of this game and used capslock.
Sorry.

This games been abused as the red-headed step-child of Monster Rancher. It's nothing like previous installments. It's easier. All I hear on other sites, and in mags, is complaints. Almost no one wants to herald the advancements of this version.

1. The games far more accessable to all age groups.
2. The game seems to be meant as a sideline to MR.
3. The gameplay is there, just in a different way.
4. There's a wider variety of exploration options.
5. They tried somthing new.

On the last point, I have been turned off to many a series that likes to rehash old crap. Too many times I have heard "Hey I've played this already.".
It's nice to play a game that tries something new with an old twist.
