I've been a fan of monster hunter since if first came to the states. I've gotten every game that has come to the states as well and when I saw that Monster Hunter Tri came to the states I went out and bought a Wii. When I first put in the game I noticed that the whole roster of monsters from previous games were scrapped. To me this was a good thing. It gave you a sense of being in a new distant land with an entirely new hunter. The trade ship that goes out to other lands and gets commodities that you can trade to receive. Then there are the monsters. Some more intimidating than those in previous titles MHTri has the giant deviljho among other monsters. To put the icing on the cake there is online play. This is something monster hunter has needed for a long time in the states and hasn't been seen since the first monster hunter here in the states.(not including ad hoc party). I would recommend this to those who love customization of characters and fancy hunting giant monsters and love having over 200 hours of game content.
