Metroid fans, rejoice, Samus's first mission is retold in this wonderful game.

User Rating: 9 | Metroid: Zero Mission GBA
Metroid Zero Mission is a remake of the first game of the series. With a few concepts taken from Metroid Fusion like ledge hanging, as well as the ones you're familiar with if you follow the series, this has to be one of the greatest remakes ever made.

What can I say, it's a sidescrolling Metroid game. Whether you're a fan of the series, or like shooting platformers, you will not be disappointed.

Extra information: Never played Metroid? This is a great start because of the difficulty settings. After you beat it, play it again on hard. That's a real challenge. Have no social life like me? Try to find all the upgrades, because there's always one hidden somewhere.

As a plus, they put the original Metroid in the game in the Options menu. You can save 500 Wii points. As another plus, they extended the game after what was originally the final boss. Which is a part in the game that explains Zero Suit Samus, but I'll let you all see that.

one last thing, most hardcore fans will say Super Metroid was the best ever. I'd disagree and say that game is the second best in the sidescrollers, and this game is the first. But that may be because of how I hadn't grown up with the Super Nintendo.
