Highly addictive game, and i am not particularly into space-pirates at all...
It has all you expect from a nintendo game : polished flawless gameplay, excellent level design, great atmosphere. I'm not into aliens but the setting of the game is very attractive and mysterious. Narrative trough audio logs and dual controls (left and right hand) were used later in another great game, Bioshock.
This game is a classic and has aged very well. It still looks ok and the controls are fantastic.
Probably th best game on the system.
It's just one of these games you have to play. On a side Note i played the Wii version and the controls using the wiimote are just the best i've seen, better than bioshock on my XBOX because you can aim with the remote.
