Metal Slug revives the arcade in an awesome platform shooter

It's been a while since we don't see a truly new and good game reach the arcades. After games like The King of Fighters, which is now one of the most popular fighting games, SNK and Nazca launch Metal Slug, a very surprising game that brings you what is the most important feature in a game: fun.
As you start the game, you take control of Marco Rossi, a lieutenant from US who has to deal with hundreds of soldiers in a row and defeat General Donald Morden, who's preparing his global attack.
Playing the game, you'll see MS running clean'n'cool, with a constant frame-rate, except when you got a HUGE quantity of explosions, soldiers and shoots on the screen(and that is NOT uncommon).
The best part of the game shows up when you call a friend to play with you. The multiplayer is just amazing. It brings you lots of fun and laughts.
After all, Metal Slug shows itself as one of the best surprises of the arcades in years. It's definitely worth playing it. Believe me, you'll be surprised with how fun this game can be.
