There is 1 thing that bothers me about the game. The game is way to hard. I mean sure if you die you can just keep pressing continue over and over again but it's still a pain when you know you've pressed continue about 5 times that mission. Yes I know you can set the continue option to limited but honestly I die way to much anyways. Many times it is literally impossible to avoid the fire. I wish the game was more metal slug advance which was on the gba. That version had it where you had health so that the game wasn't 1 hit and you're dead.
Other then that the game is fantastic. Sure infrastructure is needed but honestly at least there is ad-hoc. This game is bound to keep you occupied for at least 7 hours the first time... but then after that you'll just want more and more. One more thing. Metal slug 2 and Metal slug X are like the same game except Metal slug X has more monsters yet it's still about the same missions that you go through
