This game is another classic side-scroller that's been re-released now released for the Xbox. The game is incredibly true to its original, right down to the blocky graphics and the announcer who can't pronounce "rocket launcher" correctly (he says "rocket louncher"). It's great for big fans of the original but personally I would have liked to see smoothed out graphics. Overall though the graphics don't make much difference on the incredibly fun gameplay it offers. You can play with up to 2 people simultaneously (I would have liked to see this be bumped up to 4) which comes in very handy for getting through some of the bosses. The action is fast and furious and incredibly addicting. This is another game that belongs in any side-scrolling fans' collection.
