A shooter that rivals Ratchet and Clank and Jak and Daxter.

User Rating: 9.4 | Metal Arms: Glitch in the System XBOX
Yet another great game left behind that won't have a sequel. Metal Arms: Glitch in the System is about a Rambo-like robot named Glitch who is determined to take down the Mil robots and save his home. The voice acting is really good. Everybody talks so lazy people like me don't have to read and although some of the mil voices can be repetitive and a little annoying they still seem to fit. The graphics are great considering it came out 3 years ago. The robots and other machinery all look great. The game play is were Metal Arms shines. For weapons Glitch switches his left hand out for different types of grenades which have a variety of different effects from freezing an enemy in place to making the enemy turn against each other. Glitch's right hand is switched out to make room for his guns. Glitch's guns mostly consist of the standard shotgun, rifle, rocket launcher, etc. but are still fun to use and are upgradeable. The environment is destructible and this will come in very handy during the game. And since Glitch is a robot he can do stuff like survive a huge fall and take himself apart to get something done. The only thing i didn't like about the game was that i found myself not knowing where to go a lot of the time. But beside that Metal Arms: Glitch in the System is a good buy for any current gen console.
