The voice acting is far less than stellar but you'll be to busy blowing stuff up to notice the short clips.
Overall great game, try the demo at least, it has a mission from the first campaign (Russian).
You also have to figure out a reasonably advanced cover system, squad vs. soldier control, etc. You can take control of 8 guys or one.
You also can customize the inventory on each soldier and vehicle, and have them pick up different weapons from the battlefield. This comes in handy when playing tricky infiltration missions and you need a better weapon than the wimpy rifle you started with.
All in all it's fun to watch your lone wolf sneak up on a German tank and lob an AT grenade right down it's throat, causing a very pleasing detonation.
