This is the best in the series. Well until Actress Again comes out.
Good:

-Excellent fighting engine (it appears its been overhauled from the original Melty Blood).
-Every Combat-able character in the series is playable.
-Characters are balanced pretty well.
-One can also do Tag Battles (2p only) and can also do Team Battles(4P)
-Menu's are in English (for once...)
-the Deflect Button can be held down now.
Bad
-------
-Character sprites are still pixelated
-Wheres the Blood? (Maybe its hard to notice or there really isn't any)
-Even when maxed out the Difficulty is pretty easy although challenging when using unfamiliar characters. (my personal experience)
-Strangely even though Satsuki is playable, Roa (the original Main Villain) seems to be missing in action. Maybe in Actress Again?
-Not a lot of story in this game (1 or 2 scenes and an ending per character. Not that it matters, It appears to be about flashbacks to Tsukihime.)
Compared to Guilty Gear

during 4P combat, your character automatically turns to face the closest enemy. In Isuka you had to physically turn around with the R1 button.

-Neko-Arc and Kohaku's Arc-Drives are fun to watch.
-Garbled English pops up frequently (are they translated poems?)
