Capcom should learn from their mistakes
Graphics: 5/10
The graphics were ok. Not to good, not to bad. The thing is that sometimes it gets boring watching the same thing over and over again in one stage after another. The same backgrounds, same platforms and other stuff. The characters are very detailed which is why I gave it a 5/10.
Sound: 3/10
Not very good. I didn't pay attention to the sound that much but I listened to it a few times. The only one song in the game I really liked was the one on the stage where you have to fight all 8 bosses again. Other than that the sound was lame. The boss intro music was just too much.
Controls: 10/10
The controls are still the same. Jumping, shooting, ect. The controls are really good and are perfect like in all the other MegaMan X games.
Gameplay: 2/10
I'm rather disappointed in this part. I played on easy mode.......for a while. Then I played normal mode. There is a HUGE difference between the two. Easy mode is so easy it takes only about a day or two to beat. Normal mode is so hard it will make you pull all your hair out. I don't even want to know what hard mode is like. The gameplay hasn't changed a bit from the past MegaMan games, and that's it's greatest flaw. I know the rule is: if you change a series too much people won't like it. However Capcom has done the same MegaMan concept over and over again for years! I would just like to see something different now and then! The fact is that the game is too hard on normal mode.

It's an ok addition to the MegaMan X series.
Rent or Buy?:
If your a hard core MegaMan fan then buy it. You'll like it. If not, rent it first, you may like it.
