Big part of the game will bore you out of your mind but a lot of it is good, even though that isn't much

User Rating: 5 | Mass Effect PC
I rate on a 0-10 scale so 5 is average and so on

Some parts of the game will frustrate the hell out of you, but if you try to stay awake for all of it, then you'll enjoy it overall. First of all, the combat is above average, but some parts of it makes it a lesser experience. For example, the health system doesn't regenerate overtime like ME2 does so you will die a lot if you're not very good at the game. The cover system is also clunky and kinda hard to shoot and take cover. The autosave feature is horrible. You could be going back to your earlier save 20 minutes earlier where you fought a lot of enemies and the game doesn't autosave for you. Also the inventory system and level up system aren't good either, but it's not that bad. The driving in this game with your armored vehicle called Mako will frustrate the hell outta you where you would get stuck in a crater on the planet and you gotta drive all the way up. You need to drive it in some parts of the main story and almost all the time in the side quests. Plan on grinding through those quests or just play through the main story, which is very good. However, it doesn't come to you until you've played half way in the story. So you gotta keep playing in order to really experience something epic. However, I recommend you to just go and play Mass Effect 2.

Pros:
Great story
Epic storyline once you played some of it
Some great moments and dialogue
Pretty nice sound effects
OK minigames

Cons:
Repetitive side quests **** driving (really it's crap)
Bad autosaving
A few side quests you can't finish

Go play Mass Effect 2, NO MORE MAKO
