A wonderful addition for the Mass Effect series. Areas a little less detailed than the first one. Still addicting.

I loved this game for the improved graphics, as well as the fact that all your decisions and such in Mass Effect came over to Mass Effect 2 if you saved your game. This game had a lot more details added than Mass Effect in most places, except for in the cities. The star map was much more developed in this one than it was in the first one, as there were many more nebulas and more planets, but something that turned me off from the galaxy in this is that you can't explore every planet, although you can harvest resources from the planet, you can't actually land on it, so for the 100+ planets out there, only about 15-30 you can land on. I hope that in Mass Effect 3 they end up making it so you can land on whatever planet you want regardless of the conditions of the planet. As well as in the first one, the sexual dialogue of this one was again a turn off. There would be a somewhat erotic scene at the very end but again it was full clothed and didn't effect much except for each other relationship, and after the final mission you would be locked in with someone until you dropped them. One of the girls who you can have a romantic relationship with goes up to your room and basically stripteases for you and belly dances in skin tight clothing, so what's the point of leaving out any erotic cinematics or such? BioWare claims that they aren't focused on the sex relationships in the game, yet they have a belly dancing girl in tight clothing, sexual dialogue, about 6 women for romantic options, and erotic cinematics that only show clothes and dry humping. It's pretty damn obvious that they ARE focused on the sex relationships, and are just afraid to release it. This game has explicit themes and a lot of potential in that area, they need to stop being cowards. But beyond that, many of the things that were lacking in Mass Effect were corrected in Mass Effect 2, so I am expecting a lot from Mass Effect 3. The dialogue in this one is just as interesting if not more than Mass Effect's, but the cities were a lot less developed in this one than in Mass Effect as well. Overall this is an amazing series and a addicting game.
