Amazing Puzzle Game that Spawned a Genre!

Mario's Picross is a really fun puzzle game that never really took off here in North America. It's too bad, too, because it's a really interesting idea. You begin with a grid that has numbers along its edge. Those numbers represent sequences of colored squares that must be filled in along that line. Using the horizontal and vertical numbers, you have to determine what squares should be filled in to complete the hidden picture.
It's a lot of fun, and the puzzles get progressively harder as you complete the levels. The graphics are decent for the black/white GameBoy era, but the music is not very catchy; it borders on annoying, but can be turned off.
All in all, worth paying a few bucks to pick up. You won't be able to put it down until you solve all of the puzzles!
