Would be amazing but.....
Although it's a soccer game it is more like ultimate fighting then soccer.. You are constantly tackling people and people are constantly tackling you. Super Mario Strikers Charged has amazing 2 player and wi-fi although it has some lag problems but its not to bad. My entire life I've never came across a game(besides puzzle games) that I couldn't beat. This game however I can't make it past the 2nd cup on the easy difficulty. The rating is everyone 10 and up but if a 10 year old tries to play 1 player there's going to be a wii remote going through a TV.
The controls are basic A to pass shake the wii remote to tackle and press and hold B to shoot the longer you hold B the harder the shot is. Hold it long enough and you do a Mega strike which is the easiest way to score in the easier difficulties. But once you go up a difficulty level or beat the fire cup it becomes almost impossible to pull one off because someone is going to tackle you. It becomes so hard to charge up a shot that the only way I could score was to jump over the goalie with toad(horay for cheapness). Also each player has a different special move and special shot which would be good except that some players are way better then others. So instead of playing with your favorite characters you have to play with the best to even be competitive.
Despite all the bad things I said about it it's still a fun game. If they turned down the difficulty and reduced some of the lag I would have no problem in giving this game a 10.
