This game is very different from the normal Mario game, but it can be enjoyable.

User Rating: 8.5 | Mario Pinball Land GBA
This is (at the time of the game's release) the first pinball game in the series of the video game icon, Mario. It is personally not a bad game, and can be fun and can offer hours, even days of enjoyment only a Mario game can offer...

Story: 6 (The same story like the others)
Graphics: 8 (Pretty detailed for a Game Boy Advance game)
Music: 7 (The same music for the series)
Controls: 7.5 (The controls can be difficult at times, but will be easy to use in time)
Sound: 8 ("Same old, same old)

The story is the same as other games in the series. Mario, Princess Peach, and Toad visit an amusement park and they notice a target cannon ride. While Princess Peach is in the ride, Gombas randomly appear and direct the ride to Bowser's castle, and the gates are locked, and they can only be unlocked with "Star Keys" in four worlds, carried by four bosses, and obviously Mario uses the cannon to travel to those worlds and goes to rescue her.

The game-play is pretty good at least, it's a different change of pace compared to most games and it's pinball! Pinball is great and so is Mario, and the worlds are like "organic stages", they don't appear to be a typical pinball stage but like actual worlds from the series, so that isn't much of a problem.

In summary, this is a great game despite of what most critics say, just try the game at least and see how it may be, I enjoyed it, you might as well.
