Great fun for 10 bucks.

I remember sitting in the Waffle House almost 20 years ago having epic Magic the Gathering battles with the patrons there. I loved the game, but never really kept up with it.

Fast forward to today and it had been a long time since I had played MTG. I saw this on Steam for $10 and my fond memories of the game returned and I decided to buy it.

I am really glad I did! I have been having a ton of fun over the last couple of days with the game and feel it was a great purchase. I am not a pro MTG player, or even a good one probably. People who are really into it might not like the lack of options to customize their decks, or how the multiplayer is set up, but for me playing it strictly casual, it's great.

I think in any grade you have to look at the cost vs fun. So in that regard I give it a 9/10.

  Very well done. Great cards, great AI. But then again the lack of ability to created your own deck..
