One of the best Maddens of all time.
I was young when I got this game. I didn't care really for Football. I wanted a really cool baseball game. Even though I didn't want to, I put the disc in and I loved it!
Graphics 9/10:
Not the best, but what do you expect from 1990 games? Unlike others the faces are covered by helmets and they all have team logos on the helmet. The voices of the commentaters all great of course with Madden.
Gameplay 10/10:
I was always the Patriots. Always. You would go to the Start Menu and then select a team and hit the most popular team. This was the first Madden that let you choose a stadium. I for some reason was the Patriots and always faced Houston at Houston. I think I thought the helmets were stupid.
Conclusion:
Madden Lovers, Beware! This is a rare game and the price is not cheap. If you want a football game that's not good enough. You need to WANT a football game.
