Can football get any better than this?

Madden NFL 2004 was the very first EA Sports game I ever bought, but I didn't expect it to be this good. The biggest and most notable change is the Playmaker control. By moving the right analog stick before or after the snap, you can change the path of your defense, the direction your receivers and much, much more. The other new feature is the Owner's Box. When you play Franchise mode, there's a selection called Owner's Box, but it isn't available until you complete the pre-season. Once it's available, you can set prices for anything including tickets, parking and concessions. The rest of the gameplay is just so fun.
The game's graphics and sound are superb as well. The players look good, the stadiums are nice looking, especially when you are playing a scheduled game at night, with all of the stadium lights on. The animation is great as well, such as the tackle animations. The tackles look pretty darn good. The sound mostly come from the commentary, which is good, but John Madden can get out of his mind a lot.
If you love football, you need to get this game no matter what!
