What can I say that hasn't already been said about this game. I picked up a psp like so many other people so I could (eventually) play games like Metal Gear Solid and FFVII: Crisis Core. But since I didn't want my psp to just sit while i waited for those games to come out I decided that this should be one of the gamesi should pick up. Instantly I became hooked on this game.

The gameplay is somewhat like tetris in that you have blocks that fall from the top. But besides that you'll find very few simularities. Instead of being rewarded for making lines, Lumines rewared you for making blocks of 4 of the same color. Thats justthe basic starting point for everything in this game. Eventually you figure out that you can add onto these blocks to add more points. Half the fun aboutthis game is just figuring out how to play.

All in all this game could provide countless hours and many "surprise" dead batteries. I would recommend this to any psp owner.
