A good game but can be improved to make it a perfect game. Although it was short, it was fun while it lasted. If only the humans were harder, more missions and more giant akrids it would be more fun (in my opinion). The story could be confusing but you'll understand it after you finish the game. Also the T-ENG is a good idea to replace the HP system because it makes it more challenging as it keeps reducing every second but if you have a lot of T-ENG it would be too easy to beat the game, so I would recommend finding all the target marks while doing the mission so that you don't have a lot of T-ENG or don't activate all the data post. The game is more fun if played with a 360 style controller rather than using mouse and keyboard.
Can't wait to see what improvements they've made to Lost Planet 2 (hopefully more giant akrid's ).
Pro's: • Easy controls • Able to modify the VS • Transforming VS • Target Marks are in different places for different difficulty • Grappling hooks
Con's: • Main character hardly dies • Need more giant akrid's like the giant worm from mission 3 • Need more missions • Not much use of the best VS • The story is bland
Recommendations: • X360 controller for windows or any other 360 style controller (if you buy the pc version)
