Not a bad game at all but it seems like its missing its heart.

What can i say this game is gorgeous for starters. Lost Planet 2 is a game that really pushes it technically yet there are quite a few hiccups that hold it back from achieving its full potential. The story revolves around snow pirates but not just one clan there are quite a few. The story seems underdeveloped making you as a player want more. All these different angles are really good its just without a specific character with a name even makes it feel like your playing random people. Which of course is basically what you are doing because this game comes along a few years after the first took place. Another issue was the controls...they can be a bit frustrating at times. I don't know how many times i found myself looking down at my controller trying to figure out how to roll out of the way. It can be a bit of a learning curve but it does make for good fun when you do play the coop and the online is pretty fun once you get into it. The enemies you encounter in this game steal the show they are beautiful yet incredibly dangerous but when you encounter these giants in boss battles frustration leaks in and you find yourself constantly thrown to your feet sometimes dying in almost stupid ways. The game could have been so much more and I'm sure many others thought so as well but if you can look past these flaws you will that this game still deserves a shot.
