A very child-orientated game, simple and easy to complete, but the characters are cute.

Littlest Pet Shop Wii is a very child-orientated, child-friendly game. You get to play mini-games to earn kibble (the currency used) and buy pets. When you buy a pet (whichever species it may be) you get to name it and sit in a train with it. You'll be set tasks to complete with some of the pets. You can switch from pet to pet and customize their looks with cute scarves, hats, glasses and more. The graphics are pretty good. It's colourful and has a lot of sounds and background music. The game is quick and easy to complete (my 7 year old sister did it in days) but satisfying. As you get better and better and purchase more pets, you can unlock new levels and worlds to explore. There are three or four worlds with different settings like the jungle or snowy.
It's great fun for young children who are just getting into playing Wii games. Younger children will need the help of an older sibling or family member with the reading, but other than that kids should be able to be almost completely independent.
Definately a kid's Wii game - I recommend it as a good present for kids nine or under who are fans or collectors of Littlest Pet Shop.
