A good premise but alas just not all together.
From what little I've managed to play the game is not all that bad, the graphics are pretty and each planet has its own look and feel. Planet management is easy enough to figure out without tutorial help and the combat while slow is entertaining in larger battles. However your captains always feel the need to respond to your every command which becomes very annoying. Combat can be tricky however because if the target becomes to close to another object, like a jump gate, it becomes impossible to target and you have to rely on the AI to choose the target.
It seems like the entire development was focused on completing the game but someone completely forgot to test and patch the game. The only reason I didn't give this game a big fat zero is because the concept is solid and what I've played so far has potential. Hopefully a patch arrives soon for this game, until it does however this game remains almost completely unplayable.
