Look, if you like a budget free roaming racing game, get this. To start off, this game is actually pretty good if you spend enough time on it Here are the basics:

PROS:

-Great car selection
-Accurate map of the city of angels.
-Good Cut scenes.
-The fact that you can destroy the Hollywood sign is Comedic.
-Good Damage models.
-Nice low price.
-Using Elements of the First Few Seasons of Pimp My Ride is Creative.
-Going Fast and Furious Style under big rigs is fun.
-Easy Navigation

CONS:

-Unrealistic at times.
-Bad Voice Acting
-Crappy Soundtrack
-True Crime Streets of LA Had A Bigger Map
-Uncreative ideas, Everyone has been making games about Los Angeles.
-Lots of Glitches

BOTTOM LINE: This is a great game. I recommend you get this great budget game.
