Quality Game. Lots of MIssed Opportunities

Ill keep it short, I don't like making these things drag out forever.
I believe I am about a third of the way through the game at this point. The graphics are fantastic, maybe the best I have ever seen. The dialogue and story are also great, even though the main character is the biggest do-gooder on the face of the earth.

Gripes. The game gets repetitive pretty quickly. The searching for evidence is fairly dumbed down, just walk into the room and click X running around until you cant do it anymore. The game is far more linear than I was expecting. Go to point A, find evidence A-C, which leads you into point B, go there repeat. I would enjoy driving around more, but there isn't really anything to do.... I am not sure how I would have improved on any of this, i am just stating that i found it repetitive quickly and didn't really feel like I had much invested in it. Especially since the main character has almost no qualities which would endear him to your average person.

Overall, I would say give it a playthrough and see what happens. My recommendation would be to rent, because I don't think there is any replay value and i am guessing it isn't a long game.
