A major advance over KZ2. Arguably one of the best shooters available today. Amazing graphics and tight gameplay.
The story is basic - heroes with great weapons and amazing stamina against an evil army with even greater weapons. The story lacks in depth, but the character development makes up for it. The characters are likable and more involved than most games in this genre.
The game is also addictive and exciting. The action is almost non-stop, and it is varied enough to keep me playing. I wanted to play it non-stop to the end.
I have to give this a 9 because there are no flaws or glitches that I can see, and it breaks new ground in graphics, gameplay and overall action. It is not a revolutionary game, but it is a huge evolutionary advance over KZ2, which was already a great game. I would have liked a better story.
The trophies are much better than KZ2. KZ2 failed in the trophy category requiring too many hours of just plain grinding away. KZ3 trophies seem fun to get and present reasonable challenges.
A lot of players seem to be rating KZ3 a 9 or a 10., and I strongly agree.
