This is the only video game my wife will play.
After the first ten minutes my wife stopped laughing, which is the same reaction that every other person who first sees and hears it being played will do. However, as soon as they pick up the mic most of those inhibitions vanish.
There are plenty of song selections to give the game life and the ability to create a character is mildly entertaining. The graphics are clean, but not all together very interesting. Although I'm sure the developer's were more focused on the musical gameplay.
The gameplay consists of attempting to match your voice pitch to the individual song. The game includes training, which only takes five minutes to complete and will familiarize any player with the basic gameplay.
Even if your singing voice sounds like a nail scraping a chalk board you can sing/play Karaoke Revolution and have a good time.
