This quote excellently describes this title. Throughout the years (more so now than in the good old days), film tie-ins have usually been horrible games. Just something slapped together to make an extra buck. But, nature needed to find a way to break that chain. Here is the exception. JP is the best game in the series. It could be compared to the SNES version, but shouldn't. They're completely different games. This is an awesome shooter/platformer to earn your survival. That is an isometric, but boring, trip through Jurassic Park to find eggs. This game follows the book a little more so. There is a raft level, perhaps the highlight of the game, and a canyon. But, this game also returns the suspense of the film. You could be running down the halls of the Power Station and a Raptor pounces from behind. You could be fighting to raft past the T-Rex. Any level has its moments. This maybe the best game for the Genesis.
