Combined terrible controls with AI that the rules never apply to you're just not going to enjoy this game.
One issue is the fact nitrous doesn't only propel your car but everyone else's at the same time, defeating the purpose of using even them, as well as blurring the screen making it harder to race an already highly (almost godly) over powered pack of AI. The game gives you the tip to not drift around corners as it slows you down, yet using any form of brake forces your car to come to a complete stop so using this method is NEVER a smart idea. Yet most of the tracks seem to be lathered in baby oil, so racing period becomes a slippery mess for you and you alone!
The back of the box boasts "Over 7.5 TRILLION ways to customize your ride", this is so false it's not even funny. It also seems as though the better and faster the car you get the worse it handles, without any real way of dialing in a way to even just survive a race. Once you have a car fully modified and ready to race you're going to be disappointed in the control, or lack there of, you have over it.
