Not the greatest Jak and Daxter continuation; nevertheless, a really good one.

User Rating: 8.5 | Jak and Daxter: The Lost Frontier PSP
Jak and Daxter: The Lost Frontier is a great continuation for the series, it has few changes in the gameplay and possibly a pretty different story path than what we were hoping for, but overall it gives the same sense.

Gameplay:
The guns are pretty much the same yet Peacemaker was replaced with a green grenade launcher and well, weapons upgrades aren't the same as Jak 3.
Flight missions are fun and I guess they were trying to replace vehicle missions, also you can upgrade and customize your planes with different weapons and armor modes.
There is neither Dark Jak nor Light; they were replaced with several other eco powers. Also Dark Eco orbs can now be gathered and used to learn different skills.
Dark Daxter mode is NOT bad as everyone thinks; it's fun yet can be pretty annoying and long sometimes; however, they're only 3 missions so they won't be getting on anyone's nerves for long.

Controls:
Almost all the controls are the same; however, roll is missing and hence long jump and high jump are both missing.
Camera can be really annoying sometimes (specially on the PSP).

Others:
Jak's voice was changed.
Play time is pretty short and the story is a bit cliched.

Overall, this game is pretty nice and is recommended for any hardcore Jak and Daxter fan. There are some annoying and, sometimes, frustrating bugs (one made me start the game all over after finishing 50%) yet I doubt they'd be a huge problem for anyone; the return of Jak and Daxter is overwhelmingly better than those bugs.
