Iron Phoenix sounds great on paper and the demo was fun to play but the actual game seemed to be just fair.

Iron Phoenix when first reviewed sounded to be a great game. It was certainly a great idea. At the same time however, Unreal Championship 2 was also developing third person melee combat in a multiplayer game, meaning more than two combatants. The Iron Phoenix demo was fun to play. But the actual game didn't offer anything more than the demo except some extra characters, weapons, and maps. There is no single player campaign, the game is mainly meant for xbox live or multiplayer. It does not seem worth the price when you can get just as much out of the demo.
