No doubt, if you are not a fan of inuyasha, dont even play it.
Things werent doing well in school, so my dad was not going to give me any money for a long time, so i had to sell my account in a MMORPG to buy the game, since i live in brazil, the game was something like $80 and i was tired of the game so i sold it anyways, i waited the 8 days till the game arrival day by day looking for reviews, i only looked fans reviews, all of them saying that the game were great.... No doubt for me the hype was HUGE.
When i got the game...
First Impressions:
Even if you are a guy, choose the girl as the main character, because the boy is kinda... ****
the graphics where really pretty, very solid.
the system is fair, but it needed some small stuff that would help a lot..since it is a RPG, you will spend a lot of time in battle... if you use iron river soul stealer, you wont hear inuyasha saying the whole phrase, and the attacks of the main characters are pretty stupid.
the music is so so, but i think that the music of the anime is really pretty, so why didnt they keep some songs?
gameplay, i guess there is a fine menu system its easy to understand, fast, and usefull.
Story, the story is ok, but they made the main character somehow more important than kagome... and stronger.
scenary, dependes where you are it is really pretty, but kinda static.
For a anime fan, this game will be bad, but for a fan, this game will be fine, i liked the game, i just think that they should imagine some stuff first, and adding some small things from the anime would really help the game.
even with this experience, i would tottaly buy the next inuyasha RPG, and i wouldnt mind the bad reviews.
