Don't listen to the haters. I have lost all faith in IGN and Gamespot they couldn't be further from the truth
I have never bothered to write a player review on either website but after seeing that this (unfinished) game was given a 2.0 i felt compelled to let the community know that this is simply NOT TRUE.
The developer has not finished the game, almost every few weeks their is a new update with lots of new content.
I have spent hours in this game running around with friends in our clan doing different missions like sweeping cities for new supplies; weapons, ammo, food, water etc. Hunting other humans who we have been following for a while. Intense Mexican stand offs against players with better weapons, whilst zombies are attacking us from behind. Running for zombie hoards. There are just so many fun moments in this game that the $20 I paid to purchase was paid off within the first few hours.
I really question the ability of IGN and Gamespot after reading such abysmal reviews and makes me wonder if they even give games a real go before releasing their reviews. If Gamespot like to poorly rate games and follow other website such as IGN then I will rate this game a 10 to even out the playing field.
Conclusion: If you are playing with friends and using Team Speak etc then this game truly is a lot of fun. Running around on your own can be mighty scary (especially at night) but in a group it is all the more fun. In honesty I would rate this game about a 7.0 as it currently does not have all the features promised, however as new updates come out I would think this game could reach an 8.0 or even a 9.0
