As one of the first games for the PS3 system, Heavenly Sword made very well. It´s graphics are terrific and it made really good use of the Sixaxis. I would say, that using Sixaxis to control arrows and cannon balls is the best way to use it. But that´s not all where Heavenly Sword succeed. It also have a great story, great and unique characters like Kai, and it´s voice world was overall great. Voice acting, soundtrack and sound effects were all extremely well made.

Still, there is no game without negative sides. Heavenly Sword is very short; you can easily beat the whole game in one day. Other thing that isn´t so good in the particular game, is loading times. If you die, you have to wait for a long time to get back to the action, and that really eats the feeling.

If only Heavenly Sword would be longer and it would have shortest loading times, I would call it as a one of the best games ever. Now, it´s only okay. But it is still worth of playing. It feels good to play and it looks good. And if you don´t care so much about seeing blood, this is a very good alternative for the God of War.
