Ruined the magic

User Rating: 2.6 | Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire PS2
I don't know where to begin.

Well, this game was a complete disapointment to me and pretty much ruined the magic of the books. The way it is set out is really bad, as you can't just play it whole, you have to choose the level you want and then play it.

The most annoying thing was that you had to collect those damn sheilds to get to play the next level, so half the time you were wandering around looking for them just for the sake of getting to next level and just hope it is better than the last (which its not).

The multiplayer setting is BRILLIANT! Play with your friends as Harry, Ron and Hermione! Its GREAT!
As if. Its just the same as the computer being 2 of the characters, xcept you can chat with your mates while playing.

The main problem with this game is, you can't play with magic and discover the delights of Hogwarts. Actually. you never get to see Hogwarts. At all. You only get to see the outside as you wander around enlessly, looking for the stupid sheilds. No, in this game you get given a task to do. Then another and another and another...............

The graphics are the games only strong point. Seriously.

Overall, this is a very bad game. Only RENT it if you are really into the books and films and games and wish you could be Harry and have a crush on Hermione and whatnot.
