Halo Combat Evolved for Mac is obviously identical to the PC version except for the ease with which it is install. Once inside the game's rich design, depth, control and storyline are all immediately evident. You play as the cybor warrior Master Chief just like in the PC and Xbox versions. Your mission is to discover the secrets of the ring world HALO while evading and destroying your alien Covenant opposition and HALOs own resident aliens The Flood. The game's single player is thoroughly engrossing, however it is the online play that is truly this game's gem. With the 1.5 patch, Mac gamers can play their pc bretheren in vast and challenging muliplayer melees, ctf, and many more.
