I have always been a fan of the Halo series. When I used to work as a PC hardware technical support advisor I used to love playing Halo on the original Xbox in our games room at work! The sequel is even better than the original I would say as it adds many features such as duel wielding of weapons and faster recharging shields. Also as it is a Games for Windows Live title you can gain achievements and take advantage of the matchmaking feature. The graphics are better than Halo: Combat Evolved but they could've been better. If you are a Halo fan then I would say get this game but if you are just an FPS fan then there are better shooters out there. The game does have a few bugs like stuttering on machines that exceed the minimum requirements. The single player campaign is a bit short but is good nevertheless and the achievement side of things adds to the playability of the game. The multiplayer part of the game has even more achievements up for grabs so again it has plenty to offer. I myself had this game and lost the disk so I have just ordered it again on eBay so for someone to buy a game twice, it must be good! Overall I rate this game 8/10 which is higher than the gamespot score but then I did say I'm a Halo fan.
