Think twice before you buy this game...

All I'm saying is that, don't rush off to throw away your 20 bucks just because you saw the list of on-going reviews all of which give a 9+ score for this game. It is overrated, by a wide, wide margin.

This is an ambitious game, I agree. At first glance it appears to have good gameplay, cute graphics/art, decent music. The goods stop here. This game's content in its entirety, including character development, plot, gameplay, value, etc. all stop at its surface level, mostly because of the total absence of freedom of exploration, a teeny tiny world, linear level design...the cute graphics aren't endearing, music gets old, characters get boring and there's no real character development. Unbearably shallow and repetitive.

There is no exploration to be had in this game at all. When you complete a few levels, new ones become available with their new locations. You instantly know where to go, what to do. And it gets better. The levels in this game are extremely linear, topped with unchallenging and scarce enemies, elementary puzzles (pulling levers...that's it), and OVER RECYCLED place/settings/graphs, as do the music. 2 Hours in and I was wishing it's over already.
