Guitar hero provides great sound with medium graphics. Gameplay is easy to pick and the difficulty settings are only sightly below par. It provides an excellent songlist and interesting choices in song purchase department. This is not an original game, but is an original concept. The creation of the guitar controller is revolutionary and provides gamers with an unique experience. I love that bands like White Zombie, Heart, and Bowie were included. It provides that music can exceed their genres and rock hard. The only problem with the game is in some of the gameplay. This is in regards to the hammer-ons. They are not as smooth and easy as in the other versions. It ws a mistake the programmers knew not to make in the second installment. Regardless, this game is a must have. It may not be as fun as the second but it provides hours of entertainment.
