A solid game aside from the use of too many cliche lines at times.

User Rating: 7.5 | Grandia III PS2
The first ntoiceable problem in the game is the horrible beginning song in the introduction of the game. Continuing on...the game is a solid piece of beautiful craftsmanship as the cut scenes and graphics remain pretty well done. The characters remain memorable and distinct,; the drawback in the latter parts of the game remain an exception when the lines become somewhat too cliche. The level of detail and character development is solid, but is somewhat clouded by the cliche lines in parts of the game, making it frustrating to play the game later on. The musical score is pretty diverse and vibrant, but not outstanding when compared to other SQUARE games. The gameplay itself is the main draw and remains a construct of previous Grandia games; it still carries a fun element to it. Overall the game is great for the most part with the exception of the cliche elements, which can be a bit frustrating.
