This is the 2nd best PSP game of all-time.

I have never played Liberty City Stories, but so far, this game is amazing. Although it does not move the story in any way or does not act as good as the other GTA games on consoles, it still has its share of fun. First off, you can do almost whatever you want. You can rob convenient stores, roam the streets, kill people whenever you like, go golfing, do JetSki races, and much, much more. But, the main story makes it more than what it already is. The story is about a man named Vic Vance, who joins the army because he has had quite a bad past and had nowhere else to go. His superior officer, Sergeant Martinez, tells his to go pick up a package from the airport containing marijuana. Vic does not like the idea of drugs and Martinez tells him to stash it under his bed. He his ordered to go get a prostitute for Martinez, when he gets back and finds out that somebody found the drugs and he gets kicked out. Forced to build an empire and do odd-jobs for money, Vic goes through life in Vice City in 1984, dealing drugs, murdering people, and hijacking cars, all to stay alive and take care of his brother. You encounter many other people throughout the game who impact the story.
What I think is quite a very realistic part of the game is the fact that you can change the radio station and listen to different tpes of music. Hip-hop, rock, country, pop, and even Mexican. You can go hijacking cars, motorcycles, and do whatever you like on the streets. Just make sure you don't get caught by the police. I'm pretty sure that if you're reading this, you're familiar with the "star-system". The more illegal things you do in a short amount of time, the more police, military, and SWAT Team come after you. The maximum number of stars is 6, so you better be careful what you do in the city.
Overall, this game reaches a spot in my Top 10 PSP games, although I don't know where. I would recommend this game to anybody, whether you like RPG's, Adventure, or Shooters. BUY IT.
