GTA:VCS is a huge improvement from LCS. There are a bunch of new weapons, vehicles, and gameplay options that will keep fans new and old entertained for hours. Overall the game is well done, but there are a few flaws that stick out. Despite many of the improvements such as swimming or helicopters, running and weapon mechanics have been left nearly unchanged. So it feels a little too much like GTA III in Vice City at times. One minor flaw is if you're an experienced GTA player such as myself, you'll probably be sick of the tutorial missions in the beginning of the game by this point. I'm sorry, but I know how to use a pay and spray now. It's not a huge problem, but maybe Rockstar should consider making these beginning missions optional in future games. The characters are all unique... some you will love and others you will hate. Phil Cassidy is my personal favorite, but that's just me. In conclusion, GTA: Vice City Stories is more than solid. There are hours and hours of things to search out and do aside from the missions. Definitely a huge improvement from LCS. Just don't expect it to be a San Andreas on PSP.
