Rocks......But Not On The XBOX.
Graphics
San Andreas on the PS2 really wasn't a looker, and it seemed to gotten worse on the XBOX. The so called graphic improvements over the PS2 version, doesn't even remotely exist. It looks just the like the PS2 version, but the draw distance is farther than on the PS2. But overall this game looks no different than the PS2 edition.
Sound
Utilizing your own custom soundtracks is a novel idea, but the problem lies in the fact that San Andreas already has a great soundtrack. The voice acting is really well done (a rockstar trait).
Gameplay
Plays just the PS2 version, but will shoddy terrible controls. I'm sorry but using the black and white buttons for camera control is unexceptable. The previous two GTA games on the XBOX used the right analog stick for camera control. Using the black and white buttons, make drive by shooting a pain in the royal ass. Great job, on the botching the controls...
Overall
GTA San Andreas is a amazing game, just not on the XBOX. There is no reason to play this version if you own the PS2 version as well.
