It isn't the best in the GTA series, but it will make way to the perfect GTA and it's pretty good in many things, try it
The graphics are amazing, gameplay amazing, action amazing, characters and dialogue amazing, story amazing, vehicles amazing, well everything is amazing!

The thing that annoyed me the most was the PC problems, glitches, bugs and why Rockstar developed this game with intention for it to run on future PC's in the maximum settings.
I just don't get it...Do they really expect people to still play the game after they complete the storyline and get tired of the city in like 5, 6, 7 years? When PC are more evolved and have better specs?
I'm sorry Rockstar, you almost had it! This would be a perfect 10 if it wasn't for your stupid judgment, no offense to anyone who likes Rockstar and specially no offense to Rockstar!

Yes as I said, this would be a perfect 10 if it wasn't for that little thing mentioned above. But a 9.0 I think it's the score for this game.
I mean, it isn't new! Some new features here and there, that can make a difference, that's true, I liked that, It gave a good spirit to the game.
The city, Libery City! It was very good, I think that you have a big playground to mess around with (we all know we like to kill hookers, steal cars and annoy cops in the game don't we?)
You will get all of that! Same as the previous titles of GTA.
GTA IV it's not innovating, it has been done before!
But nevertheless, it's good! It's great! You'll have lots of fun!

More realistic characters and environment! And awsome vehicles!
