My review of: Godzilla: save the earth.

There are a lot of beat’em ups out there in the merry old land of games, but not a lot that offer fully 3D fighters and arenas, lets take a look at the sequel to “ Godzilla: Destroy all monsters melee”.

Graphics: The graphics in this game are… well… variable to my eyes, the Monsters are detailed and resemble there movie counter-parts well, there are large arenas to fight in too but the building look very basic. However the damage they take is well done, as some building may just crumble in one attack, others may have sides of the building taken off until they fall. The coolest looking thing in the game has got to be the beams, especially when two beams are fired at pretty much the same time, making the beams clash together, where you an you’re opponent must press certain buttons to beat your enemy.

Sound: All the monsters roars and sounds are hear, which will please any Godzilla fan, there is also some nice sounds in here too but they are hard to hear for example the sound of a building crumbling behind will sound good, if you get to hear it. The game also has a major pull back from that lack of music in the game, to tell you the truth I am not sure if there is music while you’re fighting, at least I can’t here it.

Gameplay: This is a fighting game… so you fight out opponents by punching, kicking and throwing buildings at them but the best this has got to be the beams they do the most damage (I think) and are just cool. The game is also very easy to control but it can sometimes be more than one type of game, like on the challenges, but the game also has some nice touches, like when an opponent is throwing a building at you, you can grab it and throw it back, even large polls can be wielded as clubs.

LifeSpan: This game has a large collection of characters, which you must unlock to get the full of this game plus with the large amount of cities to unlock, gallery items and some other stuff, this game should keep you playing- as long as you have mates who like this game.

Graphics: nice detailed monsters, but there is a lot of room for improvement for the cities.
Sound: : nice effects but is there any music? Yes but only if you stop fighting!

Gameplay: can be fun, but sometimes too frantic- best with your mates.

LifeSpan: a lot to unlock, it’s just a question if you are bothered, but you will play this a lot with mates.

Verdict: great with mates, can get boring by yourself- only get if you have some friends who will ignore some of the issues with the game and then, by all means “GET READY TO CRUMBLE!”… Sorry about that I got a bit carried a way there.
